Beka added three new pans to its
Black Chef Eco-Logic 100% collection green cookware that features
a new plasma electrolytic oxidation
procedure – called Ecological Surface
Treatment – that effectively hardens
the aluminum without the use of any
toxic materials. The pans are coated
with Bekadur Ceramica, a tough
nonstick ceramic coating. The newest additions to the collection are an
8-inch fry pan with two side handles;
a 9.5-inch covered two-handle sauté
pan; and an 11-inch wok.
