These versatile Habanero Marmalades, or “marmaneros” as the
founder calls them, are delicious
and perfect for all kinds of meats,
cheeses, and foods from the grill.
The Yellow is mellow and pairs well
with soft cheeses, seafood and
white meats like poultry and pork.
The Red is a bit hotter and works
great with all kinds of meat. Green
has a nice lingering flavor that
spices up meats, cream cheese
and pork dishes.

Kimchi is a Korean condiment made
of whole leaf cabbage. It is a raw
food, live, probiotic, naturally fermented, gluten-free and contains
lactobacillus like yogurt. The folks at
Mother-in-Law’s Kimchi recommend
it as an accompaniment to eggs,
sandwiches, salads, roast chicken,
pork, kale, grains, soups and more.
There are three varieties: House with
Napa Cabbage (cut in long strips),
Muu with Daikon Radish, and Vegan
with Table Cut Napa Cabbage (cut
into bite-size pieces).

and versatile. They have a great firm
texture and a lovely sweet flavor that
