The ZestNest looks like half a lemon with a
grater attached where the other half of the
lemon used to be. Simply rub it across the
fruit (lemon, lime or orange) and it quickly
grates a fine zest that accumulates inside its
compartment. When done zesting, the grater
snaps off, revealing up to one-third cup of
zest that can be easily measured out and
added to recipes. After using, simply snap
the grater back on and the ZestNest can be
used to store the remaining zest in the refrigerator for later use. In the world of kitchen
gadgets, the ZestNest meets all the essential
requirements necessary to earn it a “How
did I live without it?” award: it
simply does the job it was
designed to do, it’s easy to
use, doesn’t make a mess
and it gets bonus points
for being so darn cute.
