For over 100 years, the extended Fante family has lived, worked
and, most importantly, cooked and eaten in the heart of Philadelphia’s historic Italian Market. Now, HIC proudly brings you the
Fantes’ line of Italian cooking products.
In a release from HIC, the Fante family is quoted as saying,
“We’ve poured years of experience in the kitchen into our signature line of Italian cooking products, for both home cooks and
chefs. Old-school craftsmanship and today’s technology come
together in a collection of favorites that would make generations
of Fantes very proud. We hope they inspire you and your family
to gather, to cook and to enjoy a wonderful meal.”
Items include a pasta machine and attachments, ravioli makers,
pasta drying rack, graters, garlic press and cannoli forms. Everything home cooks need to create their own Italian kitchen.

partner country Italy and a new trade show sector, Anuga FoodService, a
concept that is generating a very positive response among exhibitors and
partner associations alike.
Italy is renowned worldwide as a great producer of food and beverages. At Anuga alone, about 1,000 suppliers will impressively demonstrate the Italian food
industry’s tremendous diversity and wide-ranging spectrum of expertise. As

Italian companies will be participating in all of the separate sectors.

market leaders.
