sharpener offers electric and
manual sharpening in one unit.
The electric sharpening slot sharpens double beveled straight Asian

knives. The manual slot works on
serrated knives. The interlocking
ceramic wheels sharpen both sides
of the knife at the same time. The
ceramic wheels remove a minimal
amount of metal while producing
a precision-machined edge. The
sharpener also features a manual
scissor sharpener.
