Shun’s newest cutting board is made from Hinoki
Wood, a Japanese wood that is valued for its
beauty, durability, water resistance and fragrance.
This medium-soft wood provides a self-healing
cutting surface that helps hide scratches in the
board, while the straight wood grain surface
makes for an ideal cutting surface for fine edged
knives. The straight wood grain is gentle on
knives and helps keep them sharper, longer. The
finished sealed edges enhance the natural water
resistance of the wood. The Shun Hinoki Cutting
Board is 15. 5” long, 9. 5” wide and . 5” deep.

The new Vacu Vin Grater is a kitchen and
tabletop grating tool featuring a sharp grating
blade on a 9. 5” long tool that fits comfortably
in the palm of the hand. An inside storage
compartment catches the grated food for
easy dispensing. The Vacu Vin grater grates
cheese, chocolate, nutmeg, ginger, carrots,
lemon or lime zest or other hard food in
seconds. The grater is sized just right to
leave on the table, and if there is grated
food left over, the compartment can be
