Walkers Shortbread will add a new higher fiber choice
in the company’s range of oatcakes and unveil new
packaging at the Summer Fancy Food Show. The Thick
& Crunchy Oatcakes with Bran use a wholegrain bran
oatcake recipe with no added sugar. The recipe includes
olive oil and contains no trans fat. All of the Walkers
Oatcakes are made from wholegrain oats, contain only
naturally occurring sugars, are suitable for vegetarians,
and are certified kosher OUD. Saturated fat has been
reduced in all products, and there are no genetically
modified ingredients, hydrogenated fats, artificial colors,
flavorings, or preservatives.
